Cherry blossoms galore!

This past Monday I had the immense pleasure of photographing a great family. The day was partly cloudy with some sun peeks, warm, and a slight breeze and the cherry blossoms were in FULL swing! It was pretty picture perfect. I am very thankful I had the opportunity to shoot down there, and will again tomorrow! I am very happy with these photo's and the way they turned out. It was such an honor to capture these awesome, happy people and hope I get to again sometime soon! Here are some of my personal favorites from that day - Enjoy!!

 

My FIRST baby bump.

I must admit, I was SO nervous taking my first set of maternity photographs. Being as I have never done them before, I was so very nervous to make sure my preggo felt good about herself and her belly. Her big beautiful belly. I was feeling very calm, when I drove home - not really excited but not feeling bad either. Just content. It wasn't until I got to see the photographs on my computer that I became over the MOON with excitement. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result. I cannot wait to show my beautiful friend the glow that pregnancy brings upon her! Just gorgeous. Here are a few previews, please enjoy <3

Juster Kids

When my Facebook Page hit 175 page likes, it was time for another giveaway. Can I tell you  how much fun I have with these giveaways? People are always so appreciative to get some special moments captured and for free no less. It is even better when the family is so FUN to work with. I had two very special sessions last Sunday, the first was some pretty awesome kids. I drove myself out to Dallas and as I passed through a terrible rain storm, I thought, "oh crap, I'm going to be rained out and these kids will be miserable - or their parents will hate me for getting them wetter than wet dogs in this pouring down rain!" .... well thankfully, neither of these was true. In fact, the sun came out just in time to go sit in a beautiful field and by some awesome old train tracks. I was THRILLED when I saw where they wanted their pictures taken. Just way too excited for words. The family was pretty awesome and knew just how to get their kids to smile. Here are some of my favorites from that day :) I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

 

Days of Fun

So this last weekend my family and I went out to disc golf while the weather was nice, then a great friend of mine and I went to the beach for a girls getaway day. It was gorgeous weather for both the park outing and the day at the coast. We got very lucky to miss the rain. I just thought I'd share some photo's from both days :) It was a good weekend.
